In the last part of our conversation we talk about Darin’s book, “SuperLife: The 5 Simple Fixes That Will Make You Healthy, Fit & Eternally Awesome” an entirely new way of approaching health and wellbeing. And we finished off inside his Yurt where I got to peek and try some of his must have stash of superfoods and learn more about their amazing health benefits.
In his book “SuperLife: The 5 Simple Fixes That Will Make You Healthy, Fit & Eternally Awesome”, Darin provides an entirely new way of thinking about health and wellbeing by identifying what he calls the life forces: Quality Nutrition, Hydration, Detoxification, Oxygenation, and Alkalization. He shows how to maintain these processes, thereby allowing our bodies to do the rest. He explains how to maintain a healthy weight, prevent diseases, and simply feel awesome, without dieting or other restrictions that never work in the long term.
We finish off inside Darin’s Yurt where I got to see and try some of his daily stash of superfoods and learn more about their amazing health benefits. And my favorite one by far is Barùkas, the nut he discovered in a remote area of South America, that was known to the indigenous tribes for millennia, but unheard of anywhere else in the world. And we are talking about the healthiest nut in the world! The taste is to die for, a super crunchy mix of almond, cashew and peanut, only better, that has much less calories.
